This is a slayer quest and you start it by speaking to the friendly Gornek inside the Den. Your personal drill sergeant will say:

Thefirst order of business will be to put a little strength in yourbackbone. I could send you out to the Barrens to hunt Kodo, but well,in all honesty, you're more useful to us alive than dead.

I believe you would find a good match with the mottled boars you?ll find to the north of here.

Kill 10 Mottled Boars

Afterhis kind words, Gornek will send you out to kill boars. Follow hisdirections and go north from the Den. The boars are lvl 1-2 so theyshould be an easy kill, and if they're not - well you're just notworthy of playing the Horde then! After you've killed the poor pigs,return to Gornek. He will say:

Hmmm, not bad.

But don't let it get to your head, you'll fight tougher than boars in your career.

Nonethlelessyou've proven yourself well, and your next trial will be against aconsiderably more dangerous opponent, so you'll need some extraprotection.

After encouragingyou in his own grumpy way, Gornek will let you choose one of hisrewards, and send you on another perilous task: Sting of the Scorpid.
