This quest is a spin-off from the quest line with Parts for Kravel. Speak to Kravel Koalbeard at the Mirage Raceway in Thousand Needles. He says:

I have a package for an old customer of mine, a dwarf named Hemet Nesingwary. The package took weeks to arrive, and Hemet's long gone by now. He said he was going to Stranglethorn to hunt the beasts there, but he left me some money to send his delivery when I could.

Hemet's a rich dwarf and it's a good idea to keep up relations with the rich ones, yeah? So... you want to deliver the package for me?

I heard Hemet has a camp in Stranglethorn, north of Grom'gol.

If you?re playing Horde, you?d might want to go to Freewind Post and start the Family Tree quest. This one will take you to Desolace, but while you?re here you can also begin Hunting in Stranglethorn which is related to Hemet Nesingwary as well - saves abit of time! If you don?t want this detour, the easiest way to Stranglethorn Vale is to run north to Ratchet and take the ship there to Booty Bay. From here you?ll have to run north following the road until you pass Grom?Dol Base Camp on your left. Continue across the bridges til you reach the cliffs along the river, then turn left and you?ll find Hemet?s camp just near the river. Speak to him and he says:

Great, my package from Koalbeard! Thank you. This crate holds special-gauge ammunition, and it?ll serve us well out in the jungle!

Here is your pay, and tell me, how is crusty old Kravel these days? Still up to no good I?ll wager?

Now you?re done, but Hemet Nesingwary has a few quests for you here! And if you?re curious about his strange name, try switching the letters a little and you?ll end up with the name Ernest Hemingway! Now we?re getting real literate! If this wasn?t enough, speaking to his friend Barnil Stonepot will begin a quest called The Green Hills of Stranglethorn - hint, Hemingway?s book Green Hills of Africa!
